Caterpillar Radiator Upgrades
We specialize in upgrading the OEM Caterpillar radiators. We use the highest quality cores and seals which are custom manufactured for extreme mining and forestry applications with improved features, such as high flow, anti-clogging cores with canted tubes for quiet high performance operation. We will use only upgraded fuel/oil resistant sectional core seals as they are guaranteed to withstand fuel and oil in the cooling system and will not soften/swell or harden as will most other seals available. We service and supply Caterpillar folded cores, AMOCS radiator cores, modular cores, and Mesabi radiators. We can convert your sectional radiator to a solid core with a LeMaster Adaption. We build new and higher flow radiators for the brand new Cat processors, skidders, and bunchers replacing the original tight serpentine finned aluminum radiators with an easier-breathing, high capacity copper/brass flat fin HD forestry radiator that is built with copper fins strong enough to walk on and that will withstand high pressure washing.
