Radiator Repair
We will repair any radiator you bring us, if it is repairable. We will use lead solder, silver solder, or aluminum solder to repair your rad. If the core is rotten or the radiator is not designed for the environment you are using it in, we will offer to custom order the right style core and recore your radiator.
If the customer requests a rad flush, we will soak the radiator in our caustic tank to soften and loosen the scale (kettlestone) build-up found inside some radiators due to electolysis or to remove oil sludge and stopleak sediments. We can also circulate solvents and special detergents through the heat exchanger to remove deposits.
Radiators are pressure tested and painted before they leave the shop.

AC Condensor and Charge Air Cooler Repair
We also repair AC condensors and air-to-air coolers. We TIG weld or aluminum solder cracked fittings and damaged tubes. If a heat exchanger is not repairable, we can look into rebuilding the leaking part or we can supply a brand new unit.
Marine Heat Exchangers
We will repair marine tube-and-bundle shell style heat exchangers by plugging and soldering shut leaking tubes. If the unit is not repairable we have a supplier that provides top quality brand new heat exchangers at reasonable prices.
